It's been 3.5 years since we've worked with Adam. He sold us our first condo in 2009 and he was who we called in February when we decided it was time for a bigger place since having our daughter. Adam has become our friend as well as our realtor. He has the ability to be honest with us as well as educating us on the buying/selling process. When it came time to say good bye to our little condo, Adam fed into our being sentimental, asking a million questions, panicking about homes to buy and helping us prepare our place for showings. He is always available to help when we needed him, scheduling showings and Open Houses at times where it wouldn't impact our schedules. He remained in constant communication when offers came in, giving us his honest opinion, while keeping our hopes in the forefront. Buying and selling is a stressful process, but knowing that Adam was on top of it, we couldn't help felt more confident. We were first time home buyers back in 2009 and Adam helped us tremendously, while making the process fun. There is no one else we would have called when it came time to sell our first place and move on with our growing family. He's an amazing realtor and friend and we recommend him to everyone!

I can’t say enough positive things about Adam Rice. He was a terrific realtor from the moment of out first meeting until the final signature at the closing table. He was accessible both during business and off hours. He went above and beyond to be sure that our home buying experience was a positive experience. The house we purchased was a short sale that extended for almost 5 months. There were so many twists and turns along that way which were quite stressful. Adam did his best and succeeded in helping to lessen the anxiety and help us, as first time home buyers, understand the next steps and the importance of patience. I live in Virginia and was appointed by Massachusetts Probate Court as the Personal Representative of the estate of a cousin of my wife who lived in Amesbury. The task of selling a home from over 500 miles away was daunting, so I signed on with Adam, who did a fantastic job of helping me prepare the house for sale, which involved an estate sale of all the contents, cleaning, painting, refinishing, and marketing. He kept me apprised of (and gave me sound advice on) all issues that arose, quickly got me a buyer at a great price, and held my hand all the way through the contract and finance processes (the buyer hit some bumps in the road), all by telephone and email; I didn't even have to show up at the closing!
