There is no way I would have been able to close within 30 days on this property without her dedication and diligence. This was my first home purchase and Pat was great at explaining steps and answering my questions. I ended up buying this property through a short sale. Pat made a situation that could have easily become too frustrating, very easy to deal with. Pat does not tell me what I see or sell the property If asked she gives her opinion . She found this property at a time when we were not ready and strongly sujested we look at it .Good sujestion ,house fits me well. Pat went above and beyond in terms of helping ,She was very available for my questions.I met her a few years back looking at property with a friend .I liked that she wasn't all chatty and trying to be my friend ,Did not interject her herself over the realistate .
