As an out of the area buyer I relied on Pat's insights to the local market and feedback on potential properties. She monitored the market daily for me and when I secured this property with a successful offer she stayed engaged and handled ALL the local arrangements & appointments on my behalf. There is no way I would have been able to close within 30 days on this property without her dedication and diligence. Pat's dedication, honesty and persistence were apparent throughout the search period which for me and my search criteria ended up being eight (8) months.
