Jessica Cardona, despite a difficult closing process, was extremely professional and very helpful to both my wife and I. She kept us in the loop and made us understand in laymen's terms what is going to happen next and what our options are. There were many times in this process where we needed clarification and she always had time for us. If we decide to buy another home or we have a friend that would like to, we would definitely refer them to Jessica.

Working with Jessica was a great experience! We really like her dedication and professionalism. The process of buying a house is not so easy.You have to responde immediately to lot of events happening at the same time and most of the time when you're really busy with your own work. So you really need a person to delegate a certain amount of work that needs to be done in this process but you need a person to TRUST. Jessica was perfect. She was quickely responding to all of the different situations with had to deal with. She was always picking up the phone, contact everybody has to be contatacted, schedule visits, appointments, fight to get a good price, fight to get all the information/material we needed. In our particular case she had to deal with incredible unprofessional seller (that's why I used the term "fight") and without her help and attitude buying this house could have been a total disaster. She really took out lot of strees from my head. That's why I want to say one more time that she is the best person to contact during a buying/selling process! Great job!!! Thanks a lot!
