As true property virgins, Clyde was the perfect realtor. Our first impression was his tremendous knowledge and experience of the reality business. He gave us an excellent presentation of the home buying process after which was eager to get the process started. Clyde determination and dedication in seeking the best for us was as though he's was the home buyer or receipent. He took us to neighbourhoods he considered safe and good for a family. Apart from his professionalism his trustworthiness soon became apparent and that made us feel very confident in working with him. We surely did ask a lot of questions and whatever few he couldn't answer immediately we were sure to get a response pretty fast as he obtained the said information. Clyde attention to details was outstanding. Homes we looked at Clyde was there to advise us of things we didn't see or weren't aware of. As first time buyers who had little or no knowledge of the process Clyde guide us through the entire process explaning step by step and we felt very confident and comfortable in his work. Every document submitted by Mrs. McClatchey for signature was explained to us what's its about. A magnificent team. He was the right guy for the job. Today even after the closing and we are in out new home Clyde still keeps in touch showing his interest and providing answers and advice to questions we have. A level of dedication hard to find. Clyde is not only our realtor but is now considered as a family friend. Clyde, thanks and keep up the good work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
