I contacted Jodene when we were trying to sell our house in Ca and were planning to move to Wa. The Ca house took longer than expected to sell and Jodene kept in contact with us the whole time. When we finally moved to Wa and were ready to buy Jodene was so helpful,not pushy,professional, listened to our wants and needs, and found us the perfect house! We would recommend Jodene to anyone looking to buy or sell. We have used many Real Estate agents in the past, but none of them compare to Jodene! We will use Jodene again if we need to buy or sell.

This is the second home we have purchased with Jodene as our guide. She was very quick to grasp our goals, wants and needs and make them the priority so as not to waste time viewing homes that would not make the cut. She takes our search very seriously and in the current market place that is extremely important. Jodene has also helped us to sell a home in the past and her experience and knowledge of both sides of the process have no bounds! She also consults with colleagues as well to ensure that she is helping us to make the best decisions. We would never consider partnering with anyone else to buy or sell a home! She is simply wonderful and such a pleasure to work with. Now that the purchase is complete, I am missing her daily contact.

Jodene was on top of everything! She knew exactly what we were looking for and saved us time by weeding out the distressed sales that we put on our saved list and in less than 2 weeks we found our home! Jodene was awesome. She walked us step by step throught the entire process and communication was very timely. She was definitely our partner in this process and was as excited as us in the end! Being a first-time home buyer can be a little intimidating with so many processes to navigate through. At first I didn't even know where to begin. Once I started working with Jodene searching for homes began to have a purpose and I felt like my search was headed somewhere. She made finding homes that suited my wants and needs an absolute breeze as she helped guide me through the entire process.
Jodene was excellent at explaining not only what things were happening along the way, but why they were happening and how I can benefit or detriment from them as well. I was always able to reach out and ask questions and I knew they would be answered quickly and with enough detail for me to have a full understanding. She was always quick to jump to bat for me making sure my best interests were looked out for any opportunity she had.
Bottom line is that buying a home can be a stressful process, that can at times feel like everyone is working against you. In those times Jodene always provided the stability and trust I needed to remain sane.

As buyers, my husband and I would really recommend Jodene to be anyone’s realtor. We are first time buyers and are completely satisfied with her services; she made the process go smooth and was always looking out for our best interest. She was easily accessible through all means (phone, email, txt, and in person) to answer any of our questions and doubts through the whole process. Her communication skills are great and kept us well informed about how the process was going. She is very trustworthy. Due to her extensive knowledge and great negotiating skill we ended up getting the house we wanted at a really good price.

Jodene was beyond wonderful to work with!! She worked very hard for us getting this house closed and making sure all the details were in order and taken care of. We had the most awful mortgage broker and Jodene worked with him exceptionally well despite this. She would often have information for us regarding our loan that the loan officer hadnt shared with us which made this stressful experience a little easier. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a real estate agent and would love to work with her again in the future! Chris and Heather

Jodene was very good at following through with questions we had concerning our purchase. She is very punctual, organized and best of all did not try to talk us into buying any particular house. She left the buying decisions up to us with a very neutral sales approach, which suited our tastes well. Although she did have to become a little more pushy in the end, I did not always feel my interests were most important. I think the issue is that Jodene is very safe in her approach and I would have like a more assertive agent in coordinating my needs. Jodene did put in a lot of effort in the end, my concerns are likely more about style.
