It would be hard to imagine a better first home purchase experience. My wife and I started working with Bridgette half a year before our apartment lease was over. Even though this was long from a closing date, Bridgette treated us first-class from the beginning, and was never pushy, always acting in our best interest. We went on various home visits over the time, and Bridgette was sensitive to our developing perspective on needs in a home, and she helped us find our perfect house!
My best recommendation is to take advantage of the real estate professionals she recommends to you. She knows very professional, reasonably priced legal and financial professionals who can work closely and efficiently together to make the closing seamless. They all share Bridgette's high care for quality service, and are easy to get ahold of via phone, and email. Bridgette goes the extra step, being available via text message as well, (which she makes that known to clients in her voicemail recording).
Bridgette's expertise and sincere care for our needs exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Bridgett was excellent on follow-up which I expect from all agents. But where she really excelled was in finding exactly what I needed and more importantly wanted. We actually found a property that I purchased in three outings over a one and a half week period of time. Beat That!! More importantly the large majority of the homes she picked for me to review were almost all deserving of a purchase offer. The first day we went out I was shown two properties. I wanted to make offers on both, unfortunately they werre short sales and I didn't have the time to fool around with that. The second time we went out there were three of the six properties that I would have put a offer on but on the following day she showed me three properties, all of which filled my bill and we desided to put offers contingent on if the prior offer was accepted. We sat down at Chile's and Bridgetter and I worked out the initial bid on each property, the counteroffers it made sense to make and tlhen a final offer, which I would not go over. At that point we would procede to the next property on our offer list and go through the process all over again. Of course our first offer was to the property that I desired the most and luckily after one day of negociations we came to agreement and a number of weeks later closed on the property. She also suggested at my request a lawyer to represent me. The lawyer she recommended was more than excellent and caught many errors made by the Finance and Title company as well as some difficulty we had in getting standard paperwork from the condo association. She was outstanding at the closing as well. Needless to say none of this would have been accomplished in a little over one month period of time if it wasn't for Bridgette and her efforts on my behalf. I can only say you are truly blessed to have someone with the dedication, patience and will to make things happen in your organization. I hope you recognize that fact!!
