I recently relocated to the San Diego area, I began my house hunt while still living thousands of miles away during a time when houses were being sold within days of going onto the market. I have two large dogs, and my housing needs were very specific relating to the area and the size of the yard. Ginger set up a weekend of looking at houses and after that first weekend, Ginger seemed to really understand what I was looking for. Based on my long list of must haves and a few weeks later, Ginger helped me find the perfect house and helped me negotiate the best deal.

This was a difficult short sale transaction where everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Ginger went above and beyond to make this transaction happen. Ginger Marshall was the absolute best real estate agent that i have ever worked with. she was extremely professional, very punctual for our appointments and was excellent at following up with whatever she said she would follow up on. She also has a great sense of humor, which made this normally very stressful endeavor a great deal of fun. I would certainly recommend her to any one of my friends. What i also appreciated the most about Ginger was her willingness to give suggestions about loan information, given her experience working as a lender.
