Michelle was SO wonderful to work with. I have never purchased a home before and she made the process easy without making me feel bad for not knowing anything. She did a great job communicating with me and making me feel like I was an important customer. I really appreciated how she would update me and I never felt like I had to track her down. Her knowledge about Real Estate is incredible. She knows ALL the rules and processes. She is a great asset to any company. Thanks Michelle, I love my place!!!

Michelle is remarkably reliable and responsive. She also is extremely generous in the number of things she is willing to do to help people like us. E.g. she probably took 30 videos for each house we've purchased from her. She's also been willing to be an intermediary between us and the escrow agent, insurance agent and various contractors. I've purchase many houses over a number of years and never dealt with an agent that has been as helpful as Michelle.

Michelle has been very helpful with our search for the right house. Given that we live overseas, Michelle has patiently and promptly responded to all our requests to videotape and view houses on our behalf (we looked at many before deciding on this one). I find Michelle very professional, thorough, polite, pleasant, and it's easy to see she is passionate about what she does. I had the fortune to meet her face-to-face in the midst of our house hunting and she was able to tell exactly what our tastes for houses were after viewing a few houses with me. I will not hesitate to recommend her to anybody and would be very happy to deal with Michelle again in our future real estate needs.

I started searching for a house on ZipRealty in 2010 and the system assigned Michelle to me. Periodically she would call me to check and see if I was ready to begin my home search. January 2012 Michelle and I began searching for my home. Ironically, it was the first house I saw that I feel in love with. Unfortunately, the house was a short sale. Michelle informed me the process could be lengthy. In January I did not realize I wouldn't get the keys to my home until October. Michelle was great! She was patient, understanding, and super knowledgeable. When I didn't think I could wait another day, Michelle convinced me not to give up. I LOVE my new home! I would recommend Michelle to anyone interested in buying a home. She is FANTASTIC!!!!!!

Michelle represented me both as a seller and as a buyer. As the seller, she handled all of my unique needs with utmost professionalism. I was overwhelmed by the huge number of offers that I got on my property but Michelle helped me to keep all of the offers straight. On the buyer side, she handled herself with the same care and diligence too. Her use of DocuSign made the signing of both buyer and seller documents so easy. I wish that all Realtors used the same process. I know that I wasn't Michelle's only client, but she made me feel like I was. I'm sure that the fact that Michelle is a long-time personal friend did not mean that she gave me any extra special treatment. I firmly believe that she treats all of her clients with the same excellent service.

Michelle did just about everything there was that could be done to help me close the deal on a short sale. She used resources I didn't know were at her disposal like video recording places for me when I was out of town and lots of pictures that were sent to me personally. This was also my first home purchase and I didn't understand much about the process and she cleared every question I had and even more as if her entire purpose was to leave nothing undisclosed. In the process of closing she stayed on top of everyone and pushed the closing. I am very grateful I had her as my realtor and I will seek her out if and when I decide to sell my place. She's awesome!!!

I have bought and sold multiple houses the past several years and I have worked with many realtors to do that. When I decided to purchase a place in San Diego I didn't know anyone there to help with the purchase. By sheer chance I ended up with Michelle. What a great person to end up with. After multiple showings over multiple visits to San Diego (we are from Phoenix) Michelle was always accommodating, never inserted her opinion on a property unless asked and answered any and every question that I had. And I had a lot of questions. When we finally did settle upon a place from contract to signing was flawless. We wrote a contract the end of September and we closed the 19th of October without a hitch. Even when I started getting buyers remorse Michelle was kind enough to get me the information I requested to reassure me that the decision I was making was a good one. Once again no pressure just proffesionalism. I would without a doubt recommend Michelle to any one I knew or for that matter anyone I didn't.
