Jane was very diligent and timely. Initially she was ready with suggestions and more than able to guide us through our house hunting. She took care of details very well and walked us through the complete process. We are using her again on another house and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Jane worked very hard to get this deal done for us. Jane showed us a house that was listed on the MLS that we liked and then she remembered another home in the same neighborhood that was very simular inside, but in a better location with some other improvements and a much bigger yard. She found out that the home was going to be relisted the next day on the MLS and all the information about the house. Thanks to Jane's lengthy, aggressive negotiation, we were able to come to an agreement with the seller. She knew our needs and our special loan requirements and worked tirelessly to make sure that we had everything we needed. We absolutely believe that we got a very good deal on our new home. We can and will definitely recommend Jane to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
