Michele..I am sorry you feel that way. I don't recall ever suggesting you purchase any home at all, infact the reason we no longer were working together, is that you and your husband wanted to continue to see homes that would not go with VA financing, and VA financing was your only lending option. That is how I remember our last meeting.We never saw a home that would qualify, therefore I never suggested you purchase one. I am helping serious clients purchase the home of their dreams, not wasting their time looking at homes that won't get financing. Best of luck with your search.

Peggy Landon zeroed right in on exactly what I was looking for. The very first house she showed me is the one I ended up buying. But most of the other houses were also within range. Not only is Peggy efficient and professional, she was fun to pal around with. It was a pleasure viewing the homes with her and she always had all the answers to my questions. She made the process as stress-free as possible. I would never use anyone else and have recommended her to all my friends. She sells so many houses that she intimately knows all the neighborhoods, which makes driving around a lot easier.

Peggy Landon is a great agent. We told her from the beginning when she started working with us that we had very hard criteria and we would not settle or compromise on a home. Five months later and after searching hundreds of houses we found the home of our dreams. I don't think any other realtor would have been as patient, caring and sincere as Peggy was.
