Martin was connected to me when I was looking for a condo in San Jose. When later I changed my plan to look for a house in the Peninsula area and needed to find an agent in an urgent multiple bid situation, Martin did not hesitate to drive up to Peninsula to represent us in short notice. What impressed us the most, is Martin's knowledge, professionalism, and integrity - while at the time the house "looked" to be a good value, Martin advised us on the potential pitfalls of the location, understandably against his own personal interest - with a very steep slope right behind the house and a leaking retaining wall, among others. So we decided not to bid on the house at the end, partly due to Martin's advice. We're very happy that we did not fall into emotional buying at the time and we ended up buying another much better house that we found during open homes. I would highly recommend Martin as trustworthiness and professionalism are among the most important traits that you would want from your realtor.

As we all know, today's market environment is very tough on buyer's. I went to Martin after working with my original agent for about four or five weeks only to have him tell me that he couldn't service my needs in this rough buyer climate. I called Martin and right from the start he understood my situation and guided me through the process without hesitation, he has years of experience dealing with the ups and downs of the market and it proved to be invaluable while house hunting and making offers in this low inventory sellers market. Martin not only has a great understanding of real estate overall, he is an expert on Silicon Valley real estate, I would highly recommend Martin to anyone in need of an agent, you won't be disappointed!

Martin came in at a critical point during a very difficult short sale transaction. Martin did an excellent job of communication with a very difficult listing agent, and he went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. Even after we got into our new home, Martin was so helpful with advice and references to people who could help us fix it up. Martin was patient and kind and updated us every step of the way. I have no desire to go through another short sale transaction, but if I did, I would call Martin before anyone else. Not only is he an excellent, knowledgeable agent, but he is also a genuinely nice guy. Our family is very grateful for his dedication in seeing this transaction through!
