Ms Sheldon was greatly helpful and knowledgeable about the market. She answered almost all our inquires in time; and the collaborators she recommended, including the Mortgage agency, inspector, insurance agency and title company were all very efficient and helpful. We do have some small regrets, like the confusion regarding whether HOA includes cable TV (turns out not); and the occasional (2 to 3 days out of two months) smell in the air maybe coming from a nearby water processing facility, but overall we are quite satisfied with Ms Sheldon and look forward to collaborate with her in future.

We cannot say enough good things about Lynne. She went absolutely above and beyond to help us sell our home after short notice of us being transferred internationally. She handled getting our home prepared to be sold after we had to move immediately and dealt with any last minute items we forgot. She also went out of her way to ensure that our future home buyers knew everything they needed to know about our home and more. We will definitely be using Lynne again when we move back to the US.
