We are very satisfied with Myrna. Myrna is kind, friendly,patient, helpful and very professional. She is alwyas trying her best to help us. She arranged to show houses we wanted to see, answing every question we had, pointing out thing---even "bad things", we didn't know or notice. Unlike some agents who will keep pushing you to make an offer , Myrna is very patient and willing to wait for you to make your own decision. Myrna was very helpful too. During our final closing period, wheven we had any problems and called her, her first response was always" what can I do to help fix this?" And she would try what she can do to help, calling seller's agent, attorney, recommending specialist and trying to make things right.We were lucky to have Myrna as our agent for our first house shopping. We will definately recommend her to our friends.
