Pat was very informational and helped us from beginning to end. She always responded back within a reasonable time and answered all of our questions. She is definitely a great agent and I highly recommend her.

She did show me some properties I was interested in. On second outing with her she seemed distracted , but was accompanied by her challenged daughter, so that is understandable. She had trouble locating addresses, so we used my daughter's GPS and had her follow us. The property I did purchase was one that we showed her; it had not been on her radar. When I signed my contract with Orleans, I later found out that it had been her responsibility to represent and advise me, but she was too busy chit-chatting. This cost me money, as I found that she should have told me to ask that Orleans cover at least some of the closing costs, which she did not, and consequently when I did ask after contract, it was too late. Her follow-up attention was negligible. Answers to questions went unheeded or were long in coming. I found that if I wanted answers my best bet was to deal with the selling agent personally, and she and Orleans were very responsive. I did learn a lot in this process, because I had to and had to be completely proactive on my own behalf due to lack of support from Zip Realty.

Pat went far beyond what is expected of a realtor agent and was an invaluable help in managing the many tasks that had to be accomplished prior to closing, such as repairs and cleaning. This was essential since we live in FL.
