Being a first time home buyer, Victoria assisted and offered great advice and walked me through a lot of the home buying process. She asked proper questions to determine what I wanted in a home and had patience the patience to provide explanations. She was patient and always responsive via phone or email and available to answer any questions even if the questions were repeat questions as first time home buyers often have. Her experience and negotiation skills showed when the home was in a bidding war. However, she was able to negotiate and have the owner work with us instead and we got the home. I highly recommend her.
