well I had an appt with Ms. Valerie to view some properties on a Sat aftrnoon! She never called or showed up, just blew off our appt! SO Unprofessional, we called several time and now answer. We rearranged our whole sat to accomodate her time. She didnt call or f-up!
Will never use this company or agent again!

I am very sorry that you didn't get my voice message I left for you. I wasn't able to find any rentals in the area that you were looking for to see today. We did not have an appointment for today. There aren't a whole lot of rentals on the MLS and with such short notice it is hard to get confirmed for appointments. I apologize for any inconvenience.
