It was great to work with Sal. He was very responsive, patient and answered all my questions throughout the purchasing process. This is my third home purchase and have dealt with many agents in the past. I found Sal to be one of the best agents I have worked with.

Sal was very helpful: he coordinated visits to a variety of properties, and was quite helpful in handling and educating us on the details of the closing process. As first-time home buyers, this was a big help. But he also encouraged us to learn about the market and make our own decisions in our search for a home that both met our needs and was affordable for us.

Sal walked me through every step and answered all my questions knowledgeably. He was always available and very helpful. My first property fell through, but he continued to work with me and found the property that I eventually bought. Sal is a bright, warm-hearted, and dedicated professional who seems to genuinely care for his clients. He walked us through every step with thorough explanations, and researched any questions that he did not have an imediate answer to. Sal made himself available to us at any time we needed, day or night (including during his family vacation). He quickly learned what we were looking for in a home, and only showed us homes he felt met our criteria. My wife and I have met a few other agents recently, but none nearly as qualified, persistant, or as understanding as Sal. Even when the Escrow process came to a stand-still, and we were running out of time, Sal fought everyone involved, including his own management, to get our purchase back on track. Our experience with Mr.Meza will not be soon forgotten. We have recommended him, and will continue to do so, to all individuals looking to purchase a home in Santa Clara County.
