It was an absolute pleasure working with Jacinta! She is trustworthy and totally dedicated to serving her client. Her skills, knowledge and experience as an agent were invaluable. Her extraordinary patience with a couple who, at times, could not agree on the house to move forward on coupled with her reassurance during times when our contracts were not accepted was exactly what we needed. Having bought homes before, she is the best agent we have used. I highly recommend her and will suggest, no require all potential buyers considering her services: Listen to what she has to say because she knows what she is talking about and you will be better off, we were!!!

i meet jascinta about three years ago when i thought i was ready to buy a house least to say i never bought one but i keep her card my mom just closed today it was a very long process i got very frustrated but she was so helpful we had to redo the paper work do to a death in the family she helped from day one and was there to the very end if i could give her a raise i would and im trying to find my uncle a house now and guess who im gonna use the best realtor ever thank you for everything you have been a blessing for the floyd family

I have to say that Jascinta is the best she not only became my agent but a friend as well. She was patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. She was very prompt regarding emails and phone calls. She provided encouraging words and was very optimistic due to my excessive worrying. She is very knowledgable about the process and provided excellent advice on my home buying purchase. She was there from the begginning until closing. I will recommend her to anyone. I love my home for myself and my daughter and I owe it all to her.

I could not ask for a better agent! Jascinta really went through a lot with me. It was not easy relocating to a different state. She welcome us from day one, even help us to fine our first appartment, showed me how to get to my job for the first time and was there for me and my wife every time we called. Some of the things we asked was out side of her job description but she would smile and try to get somebody to he us. It was a long road in getting us into a home but she did it. she didn't represent me and my wife in any way. she was not there for my contract signing or at closing. she is the the worse agent I've ever experienced. Iwould not recommend her to anyone. By the way she has not giving my wife and I the twenty percent of the commission from the purchase of our new home.

Jascinta Emile is a wonderful person inside and out, and also very patient. Jascinta has exceeded our expectation. She has provided us with detailed knowledge of the house buying process. We were able to ask any questions that we might of had. Of course she had provided us with the answer and explained it well. We felt very comfortable and trusted her all the way to the end. Throughout the process she had really bad car accident. Even though she was out of work for a little bit, she continued to check on us and answered any questions. Jascinta always looks out for her clients best interest. There was a house that was ???ok???. Even though we weren???t that interested???(We had our heart set on a pervious house we saw, but our offer was decline). We were ready to choose a house and get it over with. She did not let us settle for that??? (we thought about putting an offer in, Jascinta knew that we didn???t want that house ). However couple days later, the house that we really wanted was up for grabs again. We went for it, put another offer in, and we got it! We love our new house as while as our two little girls. She knows her clients very well. We highly recommend Jascinta Emile to anyone, she will definitely get the job done and will continue to push until it is done. Jascinta exceeded all of our expectations! She paid attention to all of the details in our paperwork as well as the properties we were heavily considering purchasing, notating things we did not catch as a home buyer. This was especially important because we were looking at mainly all rehabers/foreclosures because we had a 203k loan, which she was very knowledgable of, and also had great resources to contractors,title companies, and home inspectors which made it easier for us! She also was very prompt to show us properties we wanted to see (and there were a lot of them!) I would also say that there are two great qualities she possess and they are patience and care. We went through a couple of unaccepted offers back to back and she encouraged us through it! Thanks Jascinta for your professionalism, being fun to work with and your hard work!

I would like to say that Jascinta has stuck it out with us for over two yrs. and was always guiding us every step of the way of home ownership. We could have not have asked to have had a better realtor. She is awesome woman of God and I love telling everyone about our story and about Zip Realty, its the way to go! She locked the keys in the house on a saturday and waited untill monday at 4:50am to call and have me send her another set. She set up a chimmney inspection and told me she was going to have the bill put on to hud settlement statement...she never did, but instead waited untill the day of closing and wanted me to do something about it because she didn't want to bother the person doing the hud statement. Since I am in Arizona I had to call my closing Attorney to have the bill added. I have been trying to close on this house since June and 9/30 was the last day the buyer could close and to have issues like a bill not included on the hud statement could have stoped the closing on the last day. I tried calling her several times and texted also to find out if we closed and about 4.5 hours later all I received back was a text Yes . I had to contact my Attorney to get details...when the wire was supposed to go through etc. and last of all her voice mail message goes on and on and on with useless dialogue.

Jascinta was very professional, knowledgable, and very patient. She made sure we found the right home for us without ever rushing us or getting annoyed when we were unsure.She even had a friend pick here son up one evening when she was late because of us running late to a showing and she was still very pleasant and professional. One day when I got very frustrated with the whole process and just picked a house that really didn't fit us just to get the whole process over she refused to let me settle and worked even harder to find us a home that suited us. Her hard work and attention to detail really won us over which is why we have already refered friends to her. If Jascinta represents the type of agents you have at Zip Realty, you guys will be around for a long time.

Jascinta was very professional, I liked her personally and have respect for her integrity. She was wonderful when it came to marketing my home. However, did not keep her promise to us to call weekly even if there was no news, just to touch base. My husband and I believed her when she made this promise and were disappointed when it was broken. Overall I would recommend Jascinta to other sellers, she really seems to know the market and did a great job selling our house in a tough market.

Jascinta as a realtor provided me with information about how the buying process worked as it relates to finding the perfect loan that fit my needs as well as introducing me to various types of loans such as the 203k loan which allows you as a home buyer to get a house that is within your means and still have funding to fix up house so that it would be in livable conditions. Jascinta is a great person and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done correctly and in a timely manner.
