Jan was very patient and accomodating. He took us around for over a year and a half till we found the right place. He was never pushy nor did he ever show any frustration. He also had good recommendations and ideas on what it would take to improve the property.

Jan was great. He traveled several miles to show me homes when I wanted to look at them. Even if I called and woke him up, he was cool about it and answered any questions or concerns. He performed market analyses and intervened with the bank on my behalf about short sales to justify my offers. He also recommended a good loan broker who I was very happy with. He brought up good and bad points about homes and conditions in order to allow me to come to a decision. Jan also had a good sense of humor and it was fun as well as a pleasure working with him.
