Our "virtual relationship" continued for several months until we finally decided to travel out West and look at homes with our own eyes instead of cameras and computers. I think i should mention here that we lived on the East Coast when we decided to move and started to search homes, condominius etc. etc. We worked together with Melissa for 18 months or so before finally closing a deal on our new home. The property we bought was one of the many "short sales" and she was quite a help throughout the entire process which was long, complicated and bumpy. Working across the entire country, dealing with quite different mentalities, laws and work styles added another layer of complexity and difficulty to the entire process, but having an agent like Melissa was a priceless asset. Even when a lot was going on in her private life or when she was vacationing we always had an easy access and always were able to make contact with her. I don't recall being left with an unanswered question. She is really familiar with the areas she works with, she is dedicated, professional, respectfull and pleasant to work with. We certainly were very happy when working with her and truly hope and feel that we not only met a great real estate broker, but possibly made a new friend who could assist us further and share an occasionall glass of wine with us at our new place. We would not hesitate to recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a property in areas where she works at.
