This is a quick follow-up to our previous review that we wrote when we were just about to sign a P&S. We walked away from the deal because we were not comfortable with the results of the inspection. Despite having put in so much hard work on that deal, Guy was totally supportive of our decision. We continued to look for a place with Guy, and he did not disappoint. We finally found our dream home, but there were multiple offers on it. Guy's negotiating skills were crucial in our getting it. We closed this week and could not be happier. Throughout this whole process, Guy worked hard to make sure we got the right home. He was always informative, personable, and trustworthy. There were a couple of more expensive places we were interested in that he could have pushed us on a little, and we would have made an offer. Instead, because he wasn't convinced that those places were right for us, he told us to keep looking. That's called integrity, and Guy has it in spades.

We just bought our first home with the help of Guy, who was an amazing help throughout the process. He had incredible patience with us through the 1+ years, immediately helping us whenever we needed his advice or help. At no point we had the feeling that he would push us in any way. He is a skilled negotiator, knows his business. We can fully recommend him as an agent.
