Michael is a very professional and responsive agent. He spent almost a year on my case. I can always reach him on the phone very easily. As a first-time home buyer, I have a lot of stupid questions, Michael is always very patient on me and gives me informative answers on each question. He is also very actively communicating with the listing agent to push my case and keep me posted on the status. In all, he is the man you can count on. I am very lucky that I could have him helping my first home purchase.

We were happy with the level of service that Michael Hoy provided us. He was professional and patient throughout the buying process. At no point were we pressured in our purchase selection. Michael, however, can improve his excellence by paying more attention to details. In a few occasions, we had to resign some documents due to carelessness. Time and manpower were unnecessary wasted in that regards. Michael can also excel if he is more proactive, i.e. understands his clients' needs and proactively provides / shows houses that match his clients' needs. Aside from these, he is an excellent agent and we highly recommend him.
