Real estate is no different - listen to the customer, get to know the customer and then provide the service to meet the customer's needs.
In my real estate career as in my other business endeavors, I pride myself on having not only satisfied customers, but also in establishing relationships and friendships with many of my customers that last well beyond the immediate transaction.
