I have bought several homes during the past 18 years and was helped by several real estate agents. Leena ranks at the top of all real estate agents I have been in contact with. She is professional, friendly with a great sens of humour. She goes above and beyond her responsabilities to make sure that all questions are answered and all steps are completed.
My wife and I were recommended to work with Leena by a friend who told us that she was fantastic. In a nutshell, she identified the type of properties we would be interested (and she was right !), set-up appointment in record time, help us ask the right questions and help up during the entire negotiations (Sunday included) as well as all time until the closing ! She was truthful, honest and had our interest, including financial, as her first priority !

"As everyone knows that historically the home buying is difficult and eventful but Leena was fabulous and made it as easy as possible! She knows her stuff well and is always there for a genuine opinion. Whenever I needed her, she was there! She did everything necessary to make the deal go thru on my specified date and terms despite the reluctance of others. She helped me with every need from the listings, details, plans, attorneys, loans, to the cleaners after the purchase. Mac, with the help of Leena, did an excellent job. They were very thorough answering questions, timely in having documents / information ready and completed, and helpful through the whole process. The only areas that could have been improved was actually acting as agent, controlling the seller on the pre-advised issues of the out of state bank, and the absolute pestering of the P&S.
