My husband and me like Cherie the first time we met her at the house she was showing. She has full knowledge of the area and the property she was showing. She explained to us the details of the property we were seing and never had any pressure from her. She was punctual and never wasted our time. We are first-time home buyers (now owners!) and had a great experience w/ Cherie. We didn't know a broker in the Valley ando made a decision due to her ratings - total success. We bought an investor owned property w/ a somewhat tricky seller but Cherie managed the process well and fast. We closed within 30 days and thanks to her it was a stressless process. There are too many papers to sign and documents to know - Cherie helped us through all of them and was always (!!) available via phone and text (and never late to appointments!). Can totally recommend Cherie Harris!
