Joseph kept no secrets from me. This first of all was the most important thing. I trusted Joseph with information I was unsure about. His professional was top quality he made me feel like a very important and treated my search for homes as if I was looking for million dollar homes. I felt very important. Joseph refered me to a broker that was outstanding and fast responsive. Joseph hours very always flexible. I called him to look at this home between 7:00 and 8:00am Saturday morning and he asked me if I could be ready in 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised as his lets go get it response. I was expecting a delay or bla bla but no not Joseph he was Jonny on the spot. That kind of quality is hard to find now a days and to know Zip realty provides such service is now a household name in realty for me. My daughter wants to buy a house soon both her and her husbands are veterans and the said the will not have no other agent but Joseph.

I really felt that Joseph went above and beyond what he needed to do for me. I purchased my property on the opposite Coast from where I live, Jospeh worked so hard to ensure I was kept informed of everything that was happening, he stayed on top of the banks and title co, he worked with the time difference and my schedule and I really think, if he wasn't my realtor, I would have walked away from the purchase.
