Dave is so tuned in to the investor market, he seems to always come up with another way to get our homes sold, even when they're very rural. Also, he always answers the phone or calls us back right away!

David did a nice job selling this Cumberland home as he got it under contract twice and kept the 2nd buyer happy during an extended escrow while we worked through solving the title issues. Great job getting it to close prior to the end of our fiscal year!

181 Roundabout Creek was a home that had structural problems from an earthquake, had the heatpump, sink, and water heater stolen and was very rural out in Louisa. That being said, David found a builder and sold it for full price and after getting the contract the sale closed early - quite a feat in this market. Great job!

I asked for a home owners warranty but it was not provided. A tree fell prior to closing and Mr. Wright gave me the impression that I was going to get a $250.00 cred at closing if I would take care of getting the tree removed, that did not happen

when I first signed up on the site the system selected David Wright the first meeting was great he was there before I was and had the property opened and ready. Somewhere in the house search David was impatient with me not selecting a property in his time frame. we meet on a thursday afternoon at 4:30pm when I went home that evening at 9pm and Got on line I saw that I had another Agent Name Minnie and when that happened I was Knocked off of my feet because we had just met at one time and I was dropped with out any noticed that was very unprofessional as a senior agent. that had put a bad taste in my mouth from then on. When I met Minnie I asked why did he do that to me she said he Really know much about Chester and that was not true. It was very disappointing.

Sometimes it was hard to get the agent to return phone calls in a timely fashion. Also, agent was not there at closing and it has been almost 2 weeks since we closed and we still haven't seen him to receive our closing gift and home inspection book as promised. The agent also promised to give us the keys to the new home but failed to pick them up from the seller. The seller then contacted us and delivered the keys.
