Sheri is basically nice and cool person, she is very KNOWLEDGEABLE person in buying / selling - new / old homes... when I started looking for buying home...we don't know any thing about home buying process because we were first time home buyer... so obviously we had lots of question (some time dumb but yes there were list of questions...) and all the time she tried her best to explain us in all manner to make sure we understood it. Another thing i like is she NEVER EVER FORCE us to offer more to get the home... yes she did suggest us but finally we were the one who put the offer (she NEVER tried to push us to offer more to just get the home faster), because sometime agents are forcing you to offer more than you thinking to get the things done faster (which is not in her case)... Another thing i like about her is she tried to show us as many home as we wanted to see... we started with condo and then decide to buy town house and then again changed the mind and finally bought single family house with lots of go/no go situation... and she were with us in terms of whatever we decide to see/buy... and always ready with all your questions answered. So as an AGENT / PERSON i would give her 10 out of 10...because buying a home is a life time opportunity for buyer and as per my understanding no one would like to compromise with what they expecting from what they getting. Our family was relocated from Illinois to Maryland. I had never been to the east coast. I had interviewed several realtors. From my first conversation with Sheri, I felt a personal connection with her. She listened to my life story and what I was looking for in a home very closely. I was moving from and looking for another large ranch style home with a full basement. Sheri informed me that most homes in Maryland are colonial two-stories. I flew out to Maryland for five days and Sheri gave me her undivided attention. She worked long, hard days with me. Her dedication and knowledge were superb. Sheri helped us find the perfect home in a great location. Our new home is exactly what I said I wanted from day one. I can't believe she find it. Moving across the country, real estate is done a little bit differently then what we are use to. Even with the negotiations of our contract, she was always professional and was extremely particular to all details protecting us with things we were not accustom too. To this day,even after our closing, I continue to reach out to Sheri with questions regarding the towns, sports activities for my children, and many other questions and she will always respond quickly to me. She is everything and so much more then a great realtor. I feel I found a new friend as well!
