Over many years of buying and selling my wife and I have had the opportunity to work with several real estate agents. Al is as good as the best; if not better. We would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member.
Al helped us refine our list of must haves and identify suitable communities. After we selected several candidates he was with us through the final choice, offer, subsequent negotiatons and close. All of this was done with either my wife or I traveling. Could not be happier with our new home and how we got it.

Professional, knowledgeable, experience, friendly, and extremely patient are not the only important things I have found from Al. The more important thing I have seen from Al is his integrity. After my divorce over a year ago, I decided to sell my house and purchase another one. I first contacted Al for advices about selling my house. Though I decided to sell my house by myself without hiring him to save some money at last, Al kept giving me in-depth valuable updated advices and I sold it in 45 days. Al continued giving me advices on the purchase of house. Because I have been so anxious on purchasing a house, I strongly believe that I would have made a major purchase mistake should Al not putting aside his own interest to point out any potential problem he had noticed to me. Al is one great realtor with a great personality. Instead of only helping a buyer on finding a house and doing the paper work, Al has demonstrated his utmost professionalism selflessly to point out not only the good but also any potential problems he has observed. I find it very precious. I have read his 5-star review before I have decided contacting him. I finally have purchased a house with his assistance and I am very happy about his service just exactly as what all the other reviews have said about him.

My experience with Al Zaidi was extremely delightful for the following reasons. 1) He was able to share his knowledge of real estate with me in a way that actually made since to me. 2) He was extremly consistent with updating me on the progress of my closing. 3) It was never difficult to get a hold of him.
