NEW CONSTRUCTION: Don't visit a builder without talking to me first. Remember the nice, friendly sales agent in the builder's sales office is looking out for the interests of the builder. I routinely visit builders and have relationships with many of their agents. I often get notices on specials before they are announced to the public. With the financing incentives, more energy efficient construction, newer building codes, and warranty to put your mind at ease, a new home is often the best solution.


SELLING: All the experience I have talked about above allows me to help you understand what is going on in the market. I can help you set realistic pricing and market your home correctly.
