We live in Michigan and Kimberly helped us purchase our home under very trying circumstances. We put down earnest money on a home we thought we wanted, sight unseen. After traveling to Sun City West, at our request, Kim took us to see 5 other homes. We loved the last home and even though we were going to lose our earnest, we needed Kim to make the deal happen. Kim was an excellent realtor! She was able to meet us anywhere, anytime and was always prepared with a copy of the listings we were going to look at so that we could jot notes down after viewing each house. I also liked that she wasn't pushy at all! She stayed out of the way while we toured each house and was ready to answer any questions that we may have.
