I didn't mention that I was selling my 1BR Condo in San Leandro. Quick sale, as I owned the property free and clear. I had cash in hand within 3 weeks start to finish.

Cynthia was a great choice for me. She was quick, had all the information that I needed, and was adaptive to my schedule. I would recommend her to anyone, and when I buy next year, I will surely be calling her.

Cynthia was great during the entire transaction. This was a short sale, and the selling agent and her negotiator were horrible. Cynthia was extremely patient and continually followed up with that agent to keep things moving. She was also very patient with me, all my questions, and my constant inquiries on status. I would definitely recommend her as an agent.
