Ann English is the best real estate agent imaginable. She did a superb job on advising us what to do to get the house ready for the market. Because she knows the area so well, she priced the house exactly to sell, such that we had four offers in the first week. The price was also excellent, and we got one of the highest prices per square foot for the time period and area of the sale. Ann was truly a godsend for us. My sister and I were selling our Mom and Dad's house in Antioch, but we live in Oakland and Hayward. Not only did she do an amazing job on everything you would expect a real estate agent to do, she went far beyond that, helping us with painters, inspectors, handymen, home insurance, etc. She very often met them at the house for us, so that we wouldn't have to drive to Antioch. In addition to being extremely efficient, she was an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely professional, but also very friendly. She always got back to us in a very timely manner, and was always most happy to answer all of our questions. Ann English is a wonderful agent!
