When I first met Mark I was frustrated as had used several realtors and very disappointing experience. As a vascular surgeon attention to detail, building trust, professionalism, and responsiveness is essential. He was all of the above and made us feel like we were important and part of his family. Great negotiating skills realized when we hit several road blocks but in the end we were proud owners of 5 State Park Rd. I can't say enough positive about the experience with Mark and now he is a great friend always welcomed.

Mark was not only patient but compassionate and hard working through the entire process. I can only appologize about the lack of my imagination to better describe what he accomplished for us in the process. He took the ball and started running on the first day. The search was wonderful and he was available for assistance and guidance at any time of the day for any reason. He helped us focus in on what we needed and stayed within the confines of our seach requests. He not only knows the area but he lives and breathes the area. The experience only got better during the sales and closing phases of the process. I know how much time he spent of the details. I know how much he spent on the preparation steps. He made it a wonderful experience and he just took care of the issues and made them go away. Mark Leppo is a problem solver. He is a negotiator who is on your side.
