We were first time home buyers and from first contact Brian was amazingly responsive and ready and willing to answer any of our questions. Brian was very up front about the state of the market and gave us what, in hindsight, was an excellent layout of what to expect on the road ahead. Time and again Brian's insight and knowledge of the market proved out during our hunt, always sure to give us a no-nonsense, no-sugar-coating analysis of the situation. His patience and professionalism with us during the entire process never waned and I still can't believe how responsive he was to all our needs and inquiries.
Once we were under contract Brian delivered again. His guidance in what to expect in the days ahead, his checking in to make sure we were fulfilling our end of the bargain and his pushing of the other parties involved to ensure they met theirs was absolutely invaluable. It's a great feeling, when all of that craziness is going on, to know that there's someone competent and capable at the helm and that describes Brian to a T.
Overall, a fantastic experience. We will use Brian again in the future.

My uncle just retired, sold our family home back in NY and moved out west to be closer to me. As first time buyers, this was a little scary in the beginning. Brian was able to PATIENTLY explain everything that needed to be done and helped us with great advice and referrals when and where needed. He listened to my uncles wants and needs and was always able to take us to the perfect locations. We found his perfect home in less than 2 weeks thanks to Brian. My uncle is completely happy and grateful for his new home as he enters retirement and a new way of life out here on the West Coast. I will definitely be coming back when it is time for myself to buy property, hopefully in the very near future.

I worked with Brian to buy my house in Belmont in 2009. The process took about 8 months for me to find the right place. We went through several offers and I changed my mind on a place after making an offer. Brian was very patient and understanding through the entire process and made me feel like he wanted to get me in the right home and not just get the sale.
