We were first time home buyers and from first contact Brian was amazingly responsive and ready and willing to answer any of our questions. Brian was very up front about the state of the market and gave us what, in hindsight, was an excellent layout of what to expect on the road ahead. Time and again Brian's insight and knowledge of the market proved out during our hunt, always sure to give us a no-nonsense, no-sugar-coating analysis of the situation. His patience and professionalism with us during the entire process never waned and I still can't believe how responsive he was to all our needs and inquiries. Once we were under contract Brian delivered again. His guidance in what to expect in the days ahead, his checking in to make sure we were fulfilling our end of the bargain and his pushing of the other parties involved to ensure they met theirs was absolutely invaluable. It's a great feeling, when all of that craziness is going on, to know that there's someone competent and capable at the helm and that describes Brian to a T. Overall, a fantastic experience.
