Lisa is a competent, dedicated and knowledgeable agent that helped us to successfully navigate the complexities of buying a property in Long Beach, Ca. We had very unique requirements, little time to devote to this issue and lived in Florida. She assisted us in finding what we really wanted in a relatively short period of time. Also she helped us in the negotiation with the owners and finally in obtaining all the documentation that the mortgage company demanded. I believe that without Lisa's assistance we would still be in the initial steps of the process.

It was great working with Lisa during the home buying process. She was always available and went out of her way to meet with me. Whether it was over email or the phone, Lisa would communicate promptly to my questions and concerns. Things got hairy during the escrow proceedings due to my lender's bs and lack of communication, but she stayed on top of things and utilized a number of resources and we were able to pull it out.
