Over the years, I have studied construction, design, product marketing, business, architecture, contract law and even the concepts of selling. When I walk into a home--I get it. New construction, remodel or a house ready for your custom touches--I understand what works and why it works. More importantly, I am able to help my clients, buyers and sellers, understand what works for them and for their needs and help them prioritize their real estate decisions. Ask any experienced Realtor and they will tell you that buying a home is never about finding "a perfect house", but Real Estate is about "the perfect home for you" and the process of finding your perfect home involves trade-offs and decisions. What works for you is never what worked for the last 10 clients of mine. Your perfect home will require that we find the trade-offs that work for you and turn your new house in your perfect home.

I love this business and I will be the first to say that I am pretty good at what I do. I believe a Realtor is only as good as their work ethic and their last 6 months of transactions. On any given month I may work with from 2-5 buyers getting into their dream home or selling selling their home.
