I can't begin to say enough about Lori. Our purchase process was challenging to say the least. Starting in August of 2013 Lori responded when no other realtor would because of our challenges with financing. She worked to find a solution and was patient during the four months it took to complete the pre-approval process. When the first home that we had an offer on fell through because of structural concerns, she was extremely patient and available as we spent every weekend of the next three months looking for our house. Any home we wanted to see, she was there, scheduling appointments, working around our schedules. She is truly an expert when it comes to Norfolk and Bristol counties, understanding the geography, schools and demographics. Each walkthrough of a home that we did, she was thorough pointing out red-flags, upgrades and selling features. She is creative and resourceful and was able to find shortcomings or necessary repairs and make recommendations on how to resolve. When it came to discussing an offer, she would offer her advice but never push us to make an offer other than what we were comfortable with, even if it was different than her advice. She was not intimidated or shy and had our best interest in her sights 110% of the time. The weeks leading up to closing she was a reassuring voice that everything was going as planned and in the final 24 hours when things got a bit crazy she was on calling, emailing, texting all the key players to work through the last minute issues and keep our closing on target. Our family will miss her as she is not just a professional that helped us buy a home, she was a friend that believed in us and was invested in our mission as much as we were and it is because of her that we are now the proud owners of a beautiful home that we can make new memories in.
