There was no service! Emailed Ms. Gray the day a property went on the market -- received a response 10 days later informing me that the property was under contract. REALLY? Further asked me if I was interested in seeing other properties. Not sure what the rules of real estate are, but timeliness must be one of them. And the audacity to ask me if I was interested in seeing another property after failing miserably the first time around. Horrible experience.

Gennett was an outstanding agent. She is a consumate professional who understands the real estate market and the art of negotiating the contract and deal. Because of her tenancity, she saved us $15K in closing costs. As a career military officer, I have sold and bought homes for the last 30 years all over the US. By far, having Genett as my agent was a true blessing from God! She is the greatest!!!
