Tania is a gift! Just as the Oakland real estate market began heating up, we began looking for a house to suit our growing family. We met when I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and had no knowledge of the real estate market. With a preapproval letter from my parent's who live across the country, a myriad of conflicting/compounding interests to consider and the pregnancy clock ticking, Tania guided us to a number of beautiful homes and the through the process of making sensible, smart offers on 2 homes. She was observant of my husband's and I's likes and dislikes, our needs, the changing nature of the market and was confident that our dream home would manifest.
