I live in Los Angeles. Any time we had a questions or would like to see some houses, Dan always quickly responded to our requests or inquiries. This is the second home we have purchased with Dan and we are totally satisfied. Dan showed us several properties with both purchases and was extremely helpful in helping us set a price that got the house in both cases, One house was a foreclosure and the other a short sale and he is skilled in handling both. We would definately use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dan was extremely patient with a newbie to the Las Vegas market showing me everything I wanted to see, some of them mulitple times. It is hard buying a home long distance and Dan made it workable. I would Highly recomend him. I also worked with Joe Domino in your Phoenix office and have nothing but positve things to say about him as well. He only lost a sale because we decided we liked the Las Vegas area better.

He is very professional and fun at the same time. He was so patient with us. There's so much paperwork, he really took the time to explain us what we were going through since day 1. We were initially drawn to Dan after reading his profile. We emailed him and he immediately responded with a phone call while he was on vacation over seas. WOW! My experience with Zip Realty has been nothing short of amazing. Especially the attention Dan gave us throughout the stressful and seemingly endless search for our home. Dan repeatedly went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. During the few times he was unavailable, Debbie was able to help us out as she was up to date on our search. What made it more impressive was that Dan lives in the southeast and all of the houses we looked at were in the northwest and Dan never complained about the distance. Another factor that made the process go so smoothly is that Dan was able to recommend his son to help us with securing financing. The communication between Dan, his son, and me was outstanding. Everything was explained to me clearly so I wasn't in the dark at all. All of this put together is the reason we were able to buy this house, our home.
