Unbelievable service! I live out of town and had to do all business via email or texts. Bettina was AMAZING and made the entire process smooth and stress free. She was on top of everything and kept the process rolling. She also kept in close communication with my lender, as to make sure there were no loose ends. I have complete confidence in her and will DEFINITELY recommend her and use her again, myself.

Bettina is pretty cool! Didn't have much time at all to explore much (my time was limited) but next trip I would like to see other areas that would be more ideal for me. She is not at all "pushy", she has the knowledge & communicates well. When the time is right for me, I will put my trust in Bettina to deliver me the best deal she can................

Are you sure you want Ms. Riesgo to be the face of Zip realty? She did not call me back within the 24 hours promised. However, that pales in comparison to her obvious lack of concern for my needs. After I initiated the call to her, she made two promises: One, she would send me a link listing the crime stats for Phoenix along with desirable communities and neighborhoods, and two, call me back to arrange to meet with me once I arrived in Phoenix. She did neither.In fact, I've never heard from her again. In the mean time, I have made my trip to Phoenix, met with a Realtor and made an offer on a house. Not only is this your loss, but as I'm sure you know, I will tell nine other people, who will in turn tell nine and so on. It's almost like multi-level marketing. Pathetic is the only word to describe Zip.

Bettina was beyond awesome. She was on top of all of the details and made sure EVERYTHING went smoothly and according to plan. She is not only knowledgeable and organized, but she is completely committed to doing the best for her clients. You are lucky to have someone so dedicated to making sure the process runs smoothly. Documents were forwarded to me quickly and she explained not only what the documents' purpose, but how they would impact my home purchase. Most of the time WE were waiting on the seller or the bank. She also takes the time to educate clients on the market, each particular home, as well as the details of purchase process. Her experience allows her to understand any potential issues and give an accurate time line for the home purchase. She kept me informed, even if it was just touching base with an text message when I was busy at work. Someone this honest and hardworking can only be described as a rarity today's "can't wait for the next deal" business environment. Thank you Bettina! I still can not believe my first home purchase was this easy!!

bueno el caracter de agente para atender el cliente no fue profecional y me vi en una serie de contradicciones que no tomaron el parecer del consumidor al final se cerro la trassaccion pero el tramite no fue claro ose el proceso de la venta de la casa y tuve que tomar medidas con sus directivos de ofinas en phoenix la cuales tampoco le dan el lugar que debe al cliente
