Scott was our daughter's agent 3 years back and he helped our daughter buy her first home. My daughter recommended him to us and we called him just a day before we signed a contract on the house. He was very professional, kind, smart and with great negotiating skills. He pointed out lot of stuff to be fixed during our walk in. He is the best!

My daughter went to Austin thinking she was going to buy a home there. She met Scott, and he showed her homes in her price range. She realized that Houston was where she needed to move to in Texas, but could not find an agent as professional as Scott, so she called him to help with the transaction when she found a house.
We realize now that she went to Austin, not to find a home, but to find Scott. We will be using his services for future transactions anywhere in Texas.
