Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was low-key , professional & knowledegable.. Near the end of our "journey" Scott told me that early-on he had observed that my son-in-law (who was helping me big time) had good ideas & expertise. Scott effectively allowed John to have more of a presence in the process. My son-in-law is quite a smart man & does a lot of negotiating in his work, but I admire Scott for having the self-confidence to not let his male ego get in the way of accepting suggestions from a non-realtor.

Scott not only sold my house in the Kyle area, but he also helped me find a new house through a builder. My husband and I were looking to buy a second home outside of Austin. We weren't exactly sure about the location we wanted, but we had a general idea of what we were looking for. From the first time we had spoken to Scott on the phone, we knew he had our best interest at heart. Scott was always professional and courteous each time we spoke. We live 3 hours out of town, so arranging homes for viewing could sometimes be somewhat tricky. Scott always did everything possible to accomodate our needs when coming into town. Whether we requested to view 1 home or 4 at a time, Scott always made sure to utiilize our time as best as possible with being able to view as many different properties with the limited time we had available. Scott was always open to any questions we may have had and if he did not have the answer, we could count on having it before the end of the day. Scott made every attempt to accomodate all our request including viewing some properties more than once. Once it came time for closing; Scottt was there every step of the way to ensure the process was as streamline as possible. He even put up with our back and forth negotiations with the seller; no matter how frustrating we may have been. We feel very comfortable dealing with Scott and not only consider him our realtor but also a friend. We highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a home or property in this area.
