Like most Canadians I have always wanted to purchase a home in the South, somewhere warm and away from our harsh winters. Being a foreign investor with little knowledge of the American Real Estate Market I can honestly tell you that buying a home away from home can be kind of scary. I am a real estate developer and investor, not a first time buyer. I mention this only because i want prospective clients of Keiths to know what a professional he really is. Keith spent two years showing me homes in Contra Costa County until we finally found the right property for my family. During this period he was exceedingly helpful, professional, honest and always available. Many other agents would tire of the exercise. I'm glad to know that this sale was a good one for Keith because he deserved it. Keith was amazing during the negotiations, contract period, inspections and right up through closing. Keith possesses knowledge most agents do not, with 35 years experience as a builder/contractor. He patiently took the time to steer us clear of any potentially bad investments of overpriced properties. On top of that, he is a warm, kind and affable man who we trusted from the start.
