Malena did a great job keeping us optimistic when we were being asked for all kinds of paperwork that we couldn't believe was asked for. We had tosend doubles in on all most everything because of the underwriter. She worked with us & asked the questions we couldn't. So glad it is finally over & we are moving into our new home.

Malena is awesome! I know her personally through a dog sport we both participate in. When I needed a house I didn't hesitate to call her. Malena is knowlegable about the whole process and was able to talk me through it all. She is professional and good at communicating. When I had questions I was able to call and Malena always called back in a short time. I would definitely go through her again if I need another house!

Outstanding! Patient, helpful, well informed, responsive and there for you! For months, Malena answered tons of questions and showed us lots of properties while we were deciding where to live. This was my first home purchase and Malena made the house hunting process enjoyable. I had reservations about purchasing a home while overseas, but to my surprise she made the transaction quick, easy, and seamless. I'm very satisfied with the service, professionalism, and realty advice provided by my agent. She showed my mom many homes over the course of one year and we were very happy when we found the one!

I was extremly dissatisfied with the service I recieved. I tried contacting Ms. Cudd several times requesting to look at a home. This was about 2 months ago now and I have yet to recieve a response. As a first time home buyer this is very discouraging. We have already began looking with a new company.

Please know that every client is a first time buyer at some point in their lives and I understand the needs. I did want to address your frustration in thinking that I never responded to you your request to see a property. I did send you an email asking when you were available to see the property shortly after you asked. I also followed up with a phone call the next day as well. Once again I do my best to respond as quickly as possible or to arrange for another Realtor to help if I am not available. I do apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

We had communication issues due to her server always being down. I missed many emails from her and she missed some of mine. This led to some confusion and minor issues. Communication is very important during a transaction like this and having a server go down multiple times was very frustrating.
