This was my first home purchase and Malena made the house hunting process enjoyable. I had reservations about purchasing a home while overseas, but to my surprise she made the transaction quick, easy, and seamless. I'm very satisfied with the service, professionalism, and realty advice provided by my agent. She showed my mom many homes over the course of one year and we were very happy when we found the one!

I was extremly dissatisfied with the service I recieved. I tried contacting Ms. Cudd several times requesting to look at a home. This was about 2 months ago now and I have yet to recieve a response. As a first time home buyer this is very discouraging. We have already began looking with a new company.

Please know that every client is a first time buyer at some point in their lives and I understand the needs. I did want to address your frustration in thinking that I never responded to you your request to see a property. I did send you an email asking when you were available to see the property shortly after you asked. I also followed up with a phone call the next day as well. Once again I do my best to respond as quickly as possible or to arrange for another Realtor to help if I am not available. I do apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

From the beginning, as first time home buyers, we were completely overwhelmed! Malena made things as easy and pleasant as possible. She even took time to explain details to us, answer all questions, and she really got things moving! Malena is very pleasant, friendly and seems to genuinely care about our hapiness in our new home. There is no way to even thank her enough!
