Never did I think I’d be describing a real estate transaction as not only “painless”, but also “full of pleasant surprises”. Russell was ‘on it’ from the get-go. I remain completely impressed with his organizational skills and the speed in which everything fell together, from the photographic walk-through video he posted of our loft to the ease of signing documents by email. I’m still somewhat stunned that it’s all over and the proceeds check has actually been deposited – can it really be that easy? On top of his professionalism in attending to each detail of the transaction, he was gracious and thoughtful in keeping us updated on prospective buyers. Our unit sold in only four days for a record-breaking price per square foot, perhaps in part due to a hot market for lofts, but largely because Russell never lost momentum. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and only wish he lived in Northern California and could sell our home when that time comes.
Russell, you ARE a Rock Star! Thank you for making this the easiest and most satisfying real estate transaction we’ve ever experienced!

I cannot recommend Russell highly enough. He listened from the beginning to my requirements and needs, and always kept my satisfaction in mind. Once we finally found a property I was happy with, he skillfully navigated all of the various snafus and pitfalls that can arise from offer to closing - which he happily attended with me, btw. I appreciated both his understanding of the market and his great attention to detail. I am delighted I used Russell and would use him again in a heartbeat

A couple years ago when ZipRealty was offering the rebates, I reach out to Russell as a prospective buyer but he turned me down because of previous comments and opinions made by other agents to my file that were not true.

Dear Carlos, You can imagine how surprised I was to hear from you again after so many years. I can't believe that your Realtor still hasn't found the right property for you.
It's good to know you have not given up and that you are still considering purchasing an investment property. Congratulations on your decision to move forward.
As I recall, almost 3 years ago, you did share that you were working with another Realtor which meant I could not represent you. As you are also aware -- and as my testimonials demonstrate -- I provide exceptional service at the highest level to all of my clients.
Given that my integrity is of the utmost importance to me in both my professional and personal life, I never intrude on an established existing client/Realtor relationship. Also note, that as Realtors, we are bound by the NAR code of ethics, something I take very seriously and live by.
